Beverly Wildung Harrison Memorial Service
On March 1, 2013, gather together at Union Theological Seminary to honor the exceptional life of superlative alumna and professor emerita Beverly Wildung Harrison.
A groundbreaking public feminist ethicist, Dr. Harrison has been called the "mother of Christian feminist ethics." She mentored several generations of feminists, womanists, and mujerista ethicists, theologians, and theorists, both male and female. Union is honored to take time to honor her life, work, and ministry. A worship service will be held on Friday, March 1 in James Memorial Chapel, followed by a reception and time for sharing stories.
