Welcome to Union and in particular, to campus housing. In my humble opinion, we offer the best student housing in the neighborhood, if not the city. If you’re new to the city, living on campus offers a safe and communal living environment from which to venture out into this great world capital. If you’re already a New Yorker, campus housing offers a close-knit community of talented and committed individuals with a shared commitment to social justice and faith in all its manifestations.
We are also committed to offering opportunities to not only study together but to have fun and relax together, too. Students gather together in the dorm common rooms, Pub, Social Hall, and Refectory for social activities as varied as playing a board game to organizing a Super Bowl party, to playing pool and table tennis, and holding a Prom dance.
Situated in Morningside Heights, we are close to Riverside Park, the Hudson River, and Central Park offering a variety of opportunities for outside activity and reflection. To ensure that students are working their bodies as well as their minds, we offer scheduled morning walks, runs, yoga, and intramural team sports.
So once again, I welcome you to Union Theological Seminary in the City of New York for what many of us also call home. Learn more about student housing>>
