Biography

Dorette comes to Union Theological Seminary most recently from HR Dynamics, a human resource management and consulting firm that specializes in custom-solutions for its clients and organizations. She has 25 years of human resource experience, including leadership roles at Village Care of New York, St. John's Episcopal Hospital in Far Rockaway, Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, and Beth Israel Medical Center in New York, just to name a few.

Her areas of expertise include, leadership management, compensation and benefits administration, recruitment, training and development, labor and employee relations, and technology. 

Dorette holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from St. Joseph's College and a Master of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from New York Institute of Technology.
